Submission Guidelines for Galleries and Museums
Exhibition/Event Details
The Philly Gallery Guide is updated on a daily basis, and there are no deadlines for submitting your exhibition or special-event information. Simply submit the relevant details when you are ready to have the information listed, and PGG will update your information (we update weekly on Friday morning). Be sure to include the dates of the exhibition or event, the time of your opening and/or closing, and a statement about the exhibition or event.
Images
Philly Gallery Guide will place up to three images of work from your exhibition or event on your page. Please adhere to the following format when submitting images: 72dpi, 200 x 300 pixels maximum size, saved as JPEGs.
Once you have gathered your details and images, please email them directly to submissions.
Is Your Gallery Not Listed?
If your gallery is not listed on the Philly Gallery Guide, contact us
here. We will do what we can to get your space listed in the quickest way possible.
Please note: Galleries who repeatedly fail to send updated exhibition information to the Philly Gallery Guide will be removed from the list.
