LAMBERTVILLE, NJ - Lambertville artist, Gordon Haas, has recently returned from a six-week plein-air oil painting trip to the Amalfi Coast of Italy. The paintings will be available for viewing and purchase at Haas Gallery starting June 9th, 2007.

Best known for his impressionistic landscapes, Gordon has been drawn to Italy, where he spent this spring exploring the Amalfi Coast region and capturing the beauty of the coastal town of Positano. With its dramatic cliffs and tranquil Mediterranean waters, Gordon is anxious to share this new view of a part of Italy that he now adores.

A 1984 graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Gordon has successfully operated Haas Gallery in Lambertville, NJ, his working studio and gallery, for the past 14 years. Offering limited edition giclee prints, as well as original oil paintings, Gordon has truly found his niche in this well-known artist village.
